A cold gel pack is a bag filled with a blue gel that can be chilled in the freezer. The cold gel aids in recovery, reducing inflammation, swelling, and pain. It's a great alternative to using ice.
The cold gel pack set includes:
4 large cold gel packs
4 small cold gel packs
The dimensions of these cold gel packs are made to fit into our Faroe cold gaiters.
USING COLD GEL PACKS
To use a cold gel pack, place it in a plastic bag before placing it in the freezer. Let it cool for at least two hours. Once the cold gel pack is cold:
Remove it from the freezer
Slide the gel packs into the elastic pockets
Leave the cold gel pack in place for up to 20 minutes
Repeat application every 2 to 3 hours, if necessary.
