Most of a horse's digestion is due to the microbial flora naturally present in its intestine. The contribution of probiotics and prebiotics helps to maintain the stability of beneficial intestinal flora for digestion, essential for good assimilation of the ration. "Pro Bios" is a complementary feed containing a mixture of probiotics specially selected to re-seed the intestinal flora. "Pro Bios" contains Bio-Mos oligosaccharides derived from Saccharyces cerivisae as well as Lactobacillus acidophillus and Bifidobacterium.
