By encouraging horses to drink , Lacta X stimulates kidney and urinary function and therefore the elimination of toxins .
Sodium Acid Citrate neutralizes lactic acid that builds up in muscles and blood following exercise and acts as a buffer to regulate acidity and limit dehydration.
For horses prone to heatstroke, it is recommended to add electrolytes (REK A LYTE) and vitamin E & Selenium (E Plus) to the diet.
Horses subjected to intense efforts such as racehorses, endurance horses, eventing horses, show jumping horses and more generally horses subject to “tying up” or hot flushes.
For maintenance: 30 ml per day during competition or racing periods.
Occasionally: 50 ml after intense exercise or after a race or competition directly into the mouth.
Contains no substances prohibited in competition.
