Arnica is a perennial plant well known since antiquity for its virtues in treating pain and inflammation resulting from minor trauma (blows, hematomas, etc.).
Arnica contains dozens of active substances, mainly flavonoids, essential oils, coumarins, tannins and resins. "IceN'Cool gel" is a massage gel very rich in arnica montana (24%) particularly recommended for muscle stiffness before or after exercise and in case of knocks and bruises. "Ice N'Cool gel" quickly refreshes joints, tendons and connective tissues after significant exercise and leaves a lasting feeling of freshness.

Composition: Water, Arnica Montana tincture, Arnica Montana extract 24%, Horse Chestnut extract (Aesculus hippocastanum), St. John's Wort dry extract (Hypericum perforatum), glycerin, menthol. Directions for use: Apply a small amount of Ice N'Cool Gel and gently massage the affected area until the product is completely absorbed, using circular movements on a joint or lengthwise on a muscle.
