Preparation and recovery for exercise. "Hydraction" compensates for the loss of electrolytes in the event of heavy sweating.
- Liquid electrolyte formula.
- Enhanced recovery.
Your horse's sweating is a natural phenomenon. This system allows it to lower its body temperature during physical exercise, extreme heat, or stressful situations. Horses are the mammals that sweat the most intensely, and their water loss is considerable. Horse sweat contains not only water, but also a large amount of different salts, called electrolytes. They play the essential role of retaining water in the body and ensuring the proper functioning of the body in all circumstances. A horse that sweats inevitably becomes dehydrated and, with the loss of electrolytes, loses a large part of its physical potential and comfort.
"Hydraction" provides rapid and practical nutritional compensation for glucose and sodium deficiencies, limiting their consequences: stiffness and muscle aches.
- Dextrose stimulates the absorption of sodium and water, and provides energy,
- Glycine also promotes the absorption of sodium and water,
- Potassium ions ensure a balance with sodium,
- Sodium chloride increases water absorption. The sodium ion is essential during rehydration. Chlorine is passively absorbed in the intestine along with sodium. Apple cider vinegar contributes to palatability and provides volatile fatty acids to replenish blood glucose.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Hydraction is best used in drinking water. If used with a syringe directly into the mouth, ensure that the horse has previously consumed sufficient water. 60 ml per horse after exercise. Water should be available at all times. Before use and before extending the duration of use, it is recommended to consult a nutrition expert or veterinarian. This feed is strictly reserved for the species or category of animals indicated. Recommended duration of use: 1 to 3 days.
SPECIAL RECOMMENDATIONS
For any situation that has caused sweating or fatigue: training, competition, racing, endurance event, hiking, transport, excessive heat, stress.
