Long elastic educational reins
Fully elastic reins similar to the adjustable elastic reins, but with a less direct effect on the mouth . Ideal for horses that stiffen their necks and go against the rider's hand, it is suitable for training young horses .
It can be used mounted or on a lunge line and attaches to the girth or surcingle on either side of the horse.
As with all reins, it is important not to set it too short, particularly at the start of the session. The aim is not to confine the horse, which would cause it to defend itself, but to establish a framework within which the horse can position itself freely.
