The neck cover should be immersed in water for 1 to 2 minutes, then wrung out, and finally placed on the affected area to keep the horse cool . The advantage of the product is that it remains hydrated for hours and re-impregnation is very rapid .
Made from 100% polyester mesh lined with a "cold rubber" insert ( a robust synthetic rubber PVA/cotton blend) on the top of the neckline and along the throat on either side of the double buckle closure.
Attaches to the shirt with 3 chrome-plated steel carabiners mounted on elastic tabs. Adjustable closure with double buckle straps.
